Suspension/Expulsion Acts:
- Disruption of school or classroom activities.
- Defying the authority of teachers or other school personnel.
- Caused, attempt to cause or threaten to cause physical injury to another person.
- Caused or attempt to cause damage to school property (including graffiti or vandalism).
- Stole or attempt to steal school or private property.
- Knowingly received stolen school or private property.
- Possessed, sell, or furnish any firearm, knife, explosive or other dangerous object.
- Possessed, use, sell, furnish, or be under the influence of a controlled substance, alcoholic beverage or intoxicant.
- Offered, furnish, or sell any substitute substance represented as a controlled substance or intoxicant of any kind.
- Offered, sell, or furnish any drug paraphernalia.
- Possessed or use tobacco/nicotine product.
- Committed an obscene act or engage in habitual profanity or vulgarity.
- Committed robbery or extortion.
- Violation of school bus rules.
- Committing forgery of any kind including, but not limited to, readmit slips, passes, etc.
- Engagement in sexual, racial, or other harassment.
- Gambling of any kind.
- Gang or gang like activity.
- Possession of an Imitation Firearms
- Terrorist Threats
- Inappropriate public display of affection (kissing, hugging, etc.)
